Byelorussian Steel Works (BMZ), a Belarusian company operating in the steel industry has made it public that its mill 150 produced its five millionth ton of wire rod in mid-August.
This output volume has been produced over a period of almost 12 years, since the two lines of the mill 320/150 became independent in September 2000.
The mill 150 can produce up to 568,000 tons of wire rod per year.

The pace of investment growth in 2011 at the BMZ in 2010 decreased significantly
